Versatile 4-in-1 Bag Converters: These servo-driven bag machines come with 4 different sealers for the production of different bags. They are: side weld bags in PE, side weld bags in PP, bottom seal bags and double bottom seal bags. Other types of bags such as round bottom seal (chicken bags), bags with adhesive tape (for packaging), die-cut handle bags, bottom gusset bags, top lip folded bags can be made with optional attachments. Other optional devices include various types of punching styles, triangle folding device equipped with EPC, etc. Changeover for any of the 4 different sealers from one type to another barely takes about 20-30 minutes. There’s no need to stop the machine to change the bag lengths. Photosensor is included. These machines come pre-installed with various alarms to alert the operator(s) in case of: bag jams, lack of material, abnormal temperature, and inability to catch the print mark. Speed up to 300cpm (600 bags/min on side weld bags).

Servo-driven Boutique Shopping Bag Converters: These machines come pre-installed with attachments to make loop handle bags, patch handle bags, die cut handle bags, and drawtape bags. In addition, they can also make regular side weld bags.
Options include various types of punching styles, auto splicer, triangle folding device equipped with EPC, etc.
These machines also come pre-installed with various alarms to alert the operator(s) in case of: bag jams, lack of material, abnormal temperature, and inability to catch the print mark. Speed up to 110 bags/min.
Available for loop handle bags only, patch handle & die cut handle bags only, drawtape bags only or all in one model.
